Our Technicians are currently looking into these reports and hope to have the issue resolved as quickly as possible. I will provide updates as soon as they are available.

Greetings folks, although I have not received any information that I am able to pass on it does appear that they may have found what is causing the issue with these instances. I don't have an ETA on when a resolution will be introduced but I will let you all know as soon as I hear anything new.
